Becca Bracy is chief people officer at Clayton Early Learning, a Denver-based early childhood education nonprofit, where she leads organizational strategy and talent development for 160 employees. Since joining in 2022, she has implemented performance incentives for educators, redesigned human resources systems, and initiated research on how artificial intelligence can enhance early childhood education. She previously served as interim CEO at Clayton and spent two decades at the Broad Center and the Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation, rising to executive director. President and CEO William Browning said Bracy “was instrumental in helping Clayton realize a high-performing organizational culture” and praised her “exceptional ability to deliver high-quality work on behalf of families.” A Stanford University graduate, Bracy serves on the boards of EdFuel and the Boulder Housing Partners Foundation and is a fellow of the Aspen Institute.
