Colorado Companies to Watch: Talent To Team

As more businesses turn to fractional employees to complete certain business functions, Talent To Team has found a niche in the human resources (HR) market.

With less venture capital funding going to startups, reducing their ability to hire fractional services, Talent To Team has shifted its focus to growth-stage companies or small and medium-sized businesses that are going through change.

The company offers its services on an hourly basis to allow clients to ramp up or down based on the state of their business in a given month. Not requiring a retainer allows clients to only pay for the HR services they need each month.

“We know that company growth is not linear and it’s important to be able to adapt with them, their budget and their needs,” said Amy Giggey, the company’s founder and Co-CEO. “Conversely, having a flexible, hourly model helps the employees of Talent To Team. We are able to provide different levels of employment to fit their lives.”

Each client is assigned a Vice President of People and a People Ops Manager to provide strategic alignment with business goals and implement day-to-day operations.

Talent To Team fills a gap in the market. HR talent is difficult to find and maintain, but it’s a vital function for companies with legal consequences when mistakes are made.

“We eliminate the single point of failure companies face when they only have one HR professional on staff,” Giggey said.
