EKS&H launches an investment bank

EKS&H, a nationally recognized professional services firm, has formed a new corporate finance and merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory firm, EKS&H Capital Advisors, LLC (EKS&H Capital Advisors).

Leading the team will be Adams Price, an experienced investment banker who joins the firm from Denver-based The Forbes M+A Group. EKS&H Partner Lori Gibson will help lead the charge in establishing and integrating the investment banking offerings of EKS&H.

Price’s career began in the technology industry with Rushmore Financial Group and continued as he served as a managing partner at Whittman-Hart, Inc., where he led technology services, which grew from $9 million to more than $20 million in two years. After serving as senior vice president of operations for Izodia in London, he co-founded The Vérto Group, an M&A advisory firm in 2002. Price joined The Forbes M+A Group as managing director in 2012.
