Creating a Culture of Connection

“We knew the new world of virtual work was coming, but never expected it to happen overnight.”

Our passion for creating cultures of connection for virtual teams and leaders enabled us to react quickly to equip teams with leading-edge technology to help them thrive in the new world of virtual work.

Powers founded the Powers Resource Center to give leaders and teams the support, training and resources they needed.

Adapting to remote interaction requires new skills including engagement, virtual collaboration, building remote relationships, running virtual meetings and work/life integration. It’s been an honor to provide vital resources during this time of uncertainty.

To continue to guide remote workers, PRC launched the Remote Teams Virtual Coach App, which uses patented behavior-change technology to create learning that is personalized, event based and reinforced.

Powers is an award-winning leadership expert, author, national speaker, talent development consultant and does coaching and consulting to help leaders flourish. She has been in talent development for 25 years and has a Masters in Organizational Leadership, a coaching certificate from ATD and a Certified Training Manager.
