Elizabeth Stanley is the Community Banking South Sales Leader for Vectra Bank Colorado, leading the Front Range Business Banking team. She is responsible for developing and implementing programs and sales promotions for business development and expanding the sales and service culture within the bank. She leads employee development by providing coaching and mentorship to her team, while recruiting and retaining talent by being a thoughtful, connected leader.
She prides herself on her ability to genuinely interact with others and believes her customers can feel how much she cares in every interaction. Stanley Co-Chairs Vectra Bank’s Minorities Forum/DEI Council and is bilingual in English and Spanish. She also volunteers her time with the Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute and Junior Achievement.
