Gregory’s energy law and corporate practice at Fox Rothschild focuses on oil and gas exploration and development transactions. He has substantial experience in the acquisition and development of oil and gas reserves, assisting clients with transactional and operational issues across numerous producing basins throughout the United States, including coal-bed methane production, as well as the federal income tax implications of such transactions. On the corporate side, he handles the financing, formation, operation, and liquidation of joint venture and partnership arrangements. Before entering private practice, Gregory served as a senior tax attorney with Sun Company in Dallas and The Superior Oil Company in Houston. He holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law and a J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Oil and Gas Association.
