Denver-based multifamily real estate firm Grand Peaks has appointed Chris Manley as president and Kevin Foltz as chief investment officer.
Manley has more than 35 years of real estate investment and operations experience. He previously served as chief operating officer of Denver-based Stonebridge Companies and founded 5 Senses Hospitality Management, which merged with Crestline Hotels & Resorts in January 2025.
He also served as chief financial officer of The Pauls Corporation and as a vice president at Prologis.
Foltz has more than 30 years of real estate development and investment management experience. He most recently served as president and chief development officer at Forum Investment Group. He previously worked as a development director at Continuum Partners.
“Their expertise will help us continue expanding our multifamily platform and execute on new investment opportunities,” Grand Peaks CEO Luke Simpson said.
Founded in 2003 by brothers Luke and Nick Simpson, Grand Peaks develops, acquires and manages apartment communities. The firm operates in eight markets with about $3 billion in assets under management and $1 billion in invested equity.
