Jill Fraser serves as Colorado’s Chief Information Security Officer and Interim Deputy Executive Director of Security & Infrastructure at the Office of Information Technology, a role she assumed in February 2024 after joining OIT in 2023. Before that, she spent nearly 11 years as CISO for Jefferson County. Fraser was instrumental in creating Colorado’s Whole of State Cyber Effort in 2018, focused on strengthening cybersecurity across local governments and critical infrastructure. She holds a degree from Hanover College and earned both CISSP and C-CISO certifications. She has worked in information technology for more than 20 years.
