Leslie Boyle advises clients with complex energy needs across all aspects of power procurement, representing independent power producers, utilities, and large energy consumers. She provides strategic counsel through every stage of a project’s life cycle, from development and construction through operations, with experience covering engineering, procurement and construction agreements, power purchase agreements, and operation and maintenance agreements. Boyle also partners with major energy consumers including data centers and manufacturing facilities to address energy needs and sustainability goals, and has substantial experience representing oil and gas upstream and midstream companies. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, and Denver Bar Association, serves as Grant Committee Chair for Impact100, and previously served on the board of the Musana Community Development Organization.
