Meg VanderLaan is Chief Marketing Officer for Encore Electric, one of the Rocky Mountain West’s premier commercial electrical contracting firms, where she sets marketing strategy and leads all aspects of marketing and communications as a member of the executive leadership team. Her career spans leadership roles in engineering, construction, and manufacturing, including Chief Communications Officer at MWH Global, and marketing and public relations positions at Gates Corporation and in the healthcare industry. She serves on the boards of Gannon University and the Colorado Chamber of Commerce. VanderLaan has been recognized as a Waymaker in Construction by the Associated General Contractors of Colorado and one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Colorado by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
