DENVER — Michele On-ja Choe has joined Buchalter’s Denver office as a partner in its labor and employment practice group.
Choe has more than 20 years of experience representing employers in workplace litigation, including individual claims, multidistrict litigation and class and collective actions. Her clients have ranged from small businesses to Fortune 50 companies.
She has tried cases in multiple jurisdictions, handled appeals and managed electronic discovery involving more than 1 million documents. Her work includes wrongful termination, worker classification, trade secret, contract, medical malpractice, personal injury and product liability matters.
“Michele’s practice complements the existing services we offer to businesses in Denver,” said Robert Hinckley, managing partner of Buchalter’s Denver office.
Choe also advises employers on workplace matters, including employee separations that may involve litigation.
