BOULDER — FusionAuth has appointed Jamey Miller as senior vice president of engineering and technology.
Miller will oversee the customer identity and access management company’s engineering operations, product reliability and preparations for increased use of artificial intelligence.
He has more than 25 years of experience leading software-as-a-service research and development organizations across engineering, product, security, information technology and support.
Miller most recently served as chief product and technology officer at Confience, where he helped integrate the company’s acquisition of Brazilian software firm LabSoft. He previously was executive vice president of research and development and operations at Convercent, helping lead the company through its acquisition by OneTrust. He later managed operations for a 400-person research and development organization at OneTrust.
“Identity is becoming more challenging as AI applications, autonomous agents and the rising security expectations of enterprise customers continue to reshape what authentication and authorization need to accomplish,” Miller said.
Miller holds an MBA from the University of Portland, a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Colorado and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Colorado State University.
