Paul V. Franke is a shareholder at Polsinelli with 38 years of industry experience, advising clients on financing, development, and construction matters. Among his most meaningful career accomplishments is advising a housing nonprofit on the successful financing, development, and construction of a permanent supportive services facility for homeless persons. “Pick talented people to do a job and help them to do their best,” he said of his leadership approach. Paul recently completed a 10-year stint on the Board of Directors of Maiker Housing Partners, serves as liaison to the Engineer Joint Contracts Drafting Committee through the Water Collaborative Delivery Association, and is a founding board member of HistoriCorps. He has also served as a board member of the South Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Foothills Foundation.
