Spencer represents clients in complex commercial litigation involving environmental, natural resources, and construction disputes in federal and state court, arbitration, mediation, and administrative hearings. A tenacious trial advocate, he handles matters from start to finish, including depositions of experts, clients, and corporate representatives, and is adept at identifying issues for appeal and drafting persuasive appellate briefs. His greatest career accomplishment has been trying multiple complex, high-dollar cases to favorable resolution.
