Alcorn Construction, based in Lakewood with an additional office in Phoenix, said the transition formalizes a leadership shift that has been underway for several years.

The company said it continues to see demand across its core markets and maintains a strong backlog.

“Alcorn’s culture, values and approach to partnership are what make this company special,” Simpson said. “My role is to protect and strengthen that foundation while continuing to serve our customers.”
