Ali Flynn Phillips is president of Obermeyer Wealth Partners, operating out of the firm’s Aspen office. She joined Obermeyer in 2005, following earlier positions at Salomon Brothers and Goldman Sachs, and found her way to the Rockies while exploring the region with her husband. Founded in 1982, Obermeyer now manages more than $2.5 billion in assets for clients nationwide, with offices in Denver and a new Vail location as of 2025. Flynn Phillips is drawn to the human side of the work. “Companies are great, but there’s something so unique in terms of working with individuals and families,” she said. Her guiding philosophy: “Be authentic…listening and humility goes a long way.”
