Bill Rock: Colorado 500 – Hospitality & Tourism – 2026
Bill Rock was appointed president of the Mountain Division at Vail Resorts in May 2023, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the ski and ride industry to the role. He most recently served as EVP of Mountain Operations and chief operating officer for the Rocky Mountain Region and previously held COO roles at Park City Mountain, Northstar California, and the Lake Tahoe region. Rock has served on the National Ski Areas Association Board of Directors. An Army veteran, he served as a lieutenant in the 82nd Airborne Division and sponsors the Veterans, Partners and Allies Community within Vail Resorts. He remains dedicated to driving guest service and growth, building community partnerships, and developing the next generation of mountain leaders.
