Bradley A. Levin is a shareholder at Levin Sitcoff PC in Denver, where he focuses on tort and commercial litigation with particular emphasis on insurance bad faith and coverage disputes. A graduate of Stanford University, where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa, he earned his law degree from the University of California Hastings College of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. He received the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association’s Kenneth N. Kripke Lifetime Achievement Award in 2015, was named 2016 Lawyer of the Year for Insurance Litigation by The Best Lawyers in America, and was recognized as a Top 10 Colorado Super Lawyer in 2018. He serves on the Colorado Supreme Court Committee on Civil Jury Instructions, the Board for National Jewish Health, the Colorado Lawyers Committee, and has chaired the Mountain States Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith.
