David Graff is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel and defense industry executive who flew the F-15C, commanded an F-22 Fighter Wing of more than 4,500 personnel, and served as Military Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force during his 21-year career. He later joined Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works group, leading strategy and customer engagement for Next Generation Air Dominance programs valued at approximately $1 billion annually. An entrepreneur, Graff also designed Code Black Alert, a crowdsourced active shooter alert platform for schools. He holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a master’s in National Security Strategy from the National War College.
