Don Eby is the Managing Partner of Robinson & Henry, where he has led the firm’s growth from a single office in Castle Rock to eight locations across six cities along the Front Range since launching his law career in 2012. A U.S. Navy veteran, Don brings discipline and perspective to a practice that has expanded significantly, particularly in real estate litigation since the pandemic. The firm now fields upwards of 100 inquiries a week. “After some time in this business, you learn there are always two sides to every story,” he said, “and what often starts off sounding like a very simple cut-and-dried scenario, you pretty quickly find out is not going to be as simple as it at first appeared.” Don finds the work consistently engaging. “There’s so much variety in what we do,” he said. “There’s always new and interesting and unique issues to be researched and litigated, so it’s never boring.”
