Gabe Racz guides public and private clients through state and federal environmental, water quality, and water rights challenges at his firm. He advises municipalities, agriculture, mining, industry, and utilities on compliance with the Clean Water Act and Colorado Water Quality Control Act, and regularly represents clients in hearings on water quality standards, permitting, enforcement, and citizen suits. Racz also counsels clients through environmental permitting, Endangered Species Act consultation, and NEPA, and represents clients in acquiring and protecting water rights. Among his most meaningful career moments was attending the groundbreaking for a reservoir he had supported for 20 years. He is involved with the Colorado Water Congress, Colorado Chamber of Commerce, and Colorado Mining Association. “I believe in creating an environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best,” he says.
