WFG National Title Insurance Company has named Jason Bates as Colorado division president and Thomas C. Waddle as chief title officer for its Colorado direct operations.
The company said the appointments are part of its effort to expand leadership in Colorado, which it identified as a priority growth market.
Bates will oversee WFG’s Colorado direct operations, focusing on growth, operations and customer service across the region. He brings more than a decade of experience in the mortgage and title insurance industries.
“Jason is a dynamic, people-first leader who understands how to align strategy with execution to drive meaningful results,” said Shaun Gonzales, WFG executive vice president of direct operations and national builder services.
Waddle will oversee title operations, compliance and underwriting quality in Colorado. He is a licensed real estate attorney and title insurance producer with more than 20 years of experience in title and escrow operations. Waddle also serves on the board of directors for the Land Title Association of Colorado.
“The title industry is evolving quickly, and the companies that will lead it are those that pair smart growth with operational excellence and legal precision,” Waddle said.
WFG said the leadership changes are intended to strengthen operations and support future growth in Colorado.
