COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Collegiate Peaks Bank, a division of Glacier Bank, has named Peter Geronazzo regional president for Colorado Springs.
Geronazzo has been with Collegiate Peaks Bank for five years and has more than 20 years of experience in financial services. His background includes commercial lending, SBA financing, cash management and treasury services for businesses.
He is currently working with developer Toby Gannett on Draper Commons-Bristow House, a 185-unit affordable housing development in downtown Colorado Springs. Geronazzo also played a role in the transition of Bank of the San Juans to Collegiate Peaks Bank in 2025.
“Peter’s experience and knowledge of the Colorado Springs market position him well to lead our efforts in the region,” the bank said in its announcement.
A graduate of Colorado College and a former All-American hockey player, Geronazzo has built his banking career around commercial lending and business banking relationships.
Collegiate Peaks Bank, founded in Buena Vista in the mid-1980s, was acquired by Glacier Bancorp Inc. in 2018. The bank operates as a division of Glacier Bank, which provides commercial banking services through more than 280 offices across nine Western states.
The bank recently expanded its Colorado presence by opening a full-service branch in Fort Collins.
Collegiate Peaks Bank serves individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations and public entities throughout Colorado.
