Greg Sullivan was appointed executive vice president of Retail/Rental, Hospitality, and Guest Services at Vail Resorts in June 2021. He previously served as COO of Rental/Retail for five years, leading the expansion of a 200-plus location retail and rental footprint and spearheading the development and launch of the industry-first My Epic Gear membership program. Before joining Vail Resorts, Sullivan held a global leadership role at Crocs and spent 20 years at Walmart, culminating as a division president overseeing the Southeast Division based in Atlanta. He serves as executive committee sponsor for the Women and Allies Employee Resource Group and previously served on the board of directors for SOS Outreach.
