Jack Reutzel is the managing director of Fairfield & Woods P.C., bringing more than 30 years of experience in real estate law. Before becoming an attorney, he worked in city planning for several cities and counties in Colorado, a background that informs his perspective on development projects. “I have a master’s degree in city planning, so I’ve always been fascinated by the physical development of cities and places,” he said. “I think that there is a real art to having a successful environment, and the forces at play that help shape that have always been really interesting to me.” Jack views power in real estate law as multifaceted. “There’s power in having the ability to find solutions for your client,” he said. “There’s power in having the law on your side.
