Kevin Bridston serves as General Counsel at Holland & Hart, acting as principal legal counsel and trusted advisor to the firm’s Management Committee, partners, and other firm leaders. He works closely with the Managing Partner, firm Chair, and Management Committee on matters of governance, policy development, and the legal implications of major decisions, strategies, and transactions. Kevin also manages the firm’s risk management function, overseeing compliance, data security, ethics, and professional responsibility matters. Before his appointment as General Counsel, he represented plaintiffs and defendants nationwide in complex construction and real estate litigation at trial, on appeal, and in arbitration and mediation proceedings. He is co-managing editor of and a contributing author to The Practitioner’s Guide to Colorado Construction Law.
