Krista V. Nash is a Colorado family law attorney whose practice centers on child advocacy, mediation, arbitration, and collaborative dispute resolution. Before law school, she was a Pulitzer-nominated journalist who wrote and reported for NBC-TV, The Denver Post, and New York Newsday, and built a career in Silicon Valley marketing and public relations. She serves as a child’s legal representative, mediator, and parenting coordinator, and is a national speaker on child advocacy through the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. She holds a J.D. from the University of Denver and a journalism degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School.
