Lisa Clay serves as Chairwoman of the Board of Advance Tank, a company she spent 34 years building alongside her husband Jim, who served as COO for 39 years. The couple recently transitioned day-to-day leadership to the next generation of executives while stepping into advisory roles. In business for more than 55 years, Advance Tank specializes in welded steel storage structures, foundations, and piping and mechanical work, operating three fabrication shops including a stainless-only facility and a shop featuring a state-of-the-art paint facility. The company serves customers throughout the country with steel plate work including tanks, bins, and silos.
