Lynanne J. Kunkel serves as executive vice president, chief human resources officer, and chief transformation officer at Vail Resorts, having joined the company in May 2017. She has been instrumental in creating leadership development programs and leads the company’s organizational effectiveness and transformation efforts as it grows globally. Before joining Vail Resorts, she held global executive human resources positions at Whirlpool Corporation and Procter and Gamble. In 2022, she was recognized as a top chief human resources officer by N2Growth. Kunkel currently serves as executive chair for the Gartner CHRO Global Leadership Board, as an advisor to the CEO of TeamSense, and on the Development Advisory Board for Greenhouse Scholars.
