Matt Smith has served as Practice Group Leader of his firm’s Business Litigation group for the past six years, during which the group has grown to more than 90 lawyers across every office and doubled its revenue. Chambers ranked in nearly every market the group serves, including Colorado, the practice has become a destination for high-stakes and bet-the-company litigation. Smith believes that “tone at the top” is critical to organizational success, emphasizing openness, integrity, and accountability as guiding principles.
