Murray Ogborn is a partner at Ogborn Mihm Trial Lawyers and has devoted his entire career to trying civil cases across multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States. His practice spans personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, brain and spine injuries, and insurance disputes. Notable results include a $100 million settlement for a severely burned flight nurse in a helicopter crash and a $12.5 million jury verdict in a six-week federal trial in Nebraska. He served for more than a decade as chair of the National College of Advocacy for the American Association of Justice, where he founded educational programs including the Ultimate College of Trial Advocacy and the Voir Dire College. Nationally recognized as an advocate for storytelling in the courtroom, he consults and co-counsels with trial lawyers around the country and was among the earliest proponents of using focus groups in civil litigation.
