Nicole Ament is a shareholder and member of the Executive Committee at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, where she has shaped the firm’s strategic direction and mentored the next generation of attorneys. She served as chair of the Real Estate Department from 2020 to 2024 and previously led the firm’s national Hospitality, Resort and Recreation practice group. Nicole is recognized nationally for her expertise in complex real estate portfolios, land use, and large-scale developments, having managed transactions involving up to 276 properties and more than $1.5 billion in assets across sectors including resorts, hotels, golf courses, and health care facilities. Recent projects include the Kukui’ula resort community acquisition in Kaua’i, the Silverton Mountain and Aspen Heli-Ski development, and The District mixed-use community in Centennial. Nicole co-founded Brownstein’s Women’s Leadership Initiative and serves on the boards of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Parkinson Association of the Rockies, and Downtown Denver Partnership. She has been honored by Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, and 5280’s Top Lawyers.
