Thomas Todd has advised clients on commercial, residential, and resort real estate transactions and development activities across Colorado for more than 40 years. Based on the western slope, he works with landowners on conservation easements, wealth transfer planning, and subdivision activities, and supports new owners, family offices, and consulting teams in managing and improving real estate investments. His land use practice keeps him in close contact with the City of Aspen and Pitkin County’s review bodies and community development offices. Tom is a member of the Fenwick, American, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Pitkin County Bar Associations. He previously served as Vice-Chairman of the City of Aspen’s Historic Preservation Task Force and has served on the boards of the University of Illinois Foundation/Friends of History, Tenth Mountain Division Hut Association Endowment Fund, and Aspen Historic Park & Recreation District.
