Brian J. Bagley is the founder and chief counsel of the Bagley Law Firm, LLC, providing legal representation to businesses, families, and individuals in Colorado. Licensed to practice law since 1999, he holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder, where he also teaches at the Leeds School of Business and the university’s Presidents Leadership Class. Earlier in his career, Bagley served as the sole research analyst for the entirety of the five-year project that produced the New York Times bestseller Good to Great, the best-selling hardback business book of all time. He also served on Longmont City Council and as the city’s mayor for a decade. A member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, he wrote and directed a feature film distributed by Universal Vivendi and has volunteered with his wife as a foster-adopt parent for Boulder County’s Department of Housing and Human Services.
