The Community College of Aurora Foundation has promoted Britt Davis to director of scholarships and operations.
Davis will oversee the foundation’s scholarship program, operations and finances. She previously spent more than three years as scholarship and donor impact coordinator after joining the foundation in 2023.
Under Davis’ leadership, the foundation’s scholarship program has grown to award more than $1 million annually, according to Executive Director Katlynn Del Dotto.
“Combined with her experience in higher education financial aid, she is exceptionally well-suited for this role,” Del Dotto said.
Davis has more than 10 years of experience in financial aid and higher education. She previously worked at the University of Kansas, the University of Kansas Medical Center and Regis Jesuit High School.
“Student access and affordability have always been my passion,” Davis said.
Davis will serve on the foundation’s leadership team with Del Dotto, who was recently named executive director. Their responsibilities include expanding scholarship support and managing relationships with donors.
