Charcutnuvo, a fourth-generation family-owned sausage brand based in Denver, announced Sept. 13 a partnership with Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) farms and a new line of beef sausages.

Regenerative Organic Certified is a holistic certification for food, textiles and personal care ingredients. ROC farms and products meet the highest standards in the world for soil health, animal welfare and farm-worker fairness.

“Our Regenerative Organic Certified Beef Sausage collection is a testament to our dedication to quality, flavor and ethical sourcing,” the company said in announcing the partnership. “Every time you choose Regenerative Organic Certified products, you’re investing in a healthier future for yourself, your family and generations to come. It goes beyond no synthetic pesticides, no toxic additives and non-GMO ingredients by fostering biodiversity and healthier soils, protecting animal welfare and ensuring worker well-being.”

The new offerings sourced from beef exclusively from ROC farms: smoked bratwurst, fresh Polish sausage, Andouille sausage, beef frankfurters and mini beef franks.

“We’re proud to offer these flavorful sausages to retail and food-service customers nationwide,” Charcutnuvo founder Eric Gutknecht said. “They represent our commitment to not just exceptional taste, but to a regenerative future.”
