Diversus Health names new CFO and Chief Experience Officer in Colorado Springs

Diversus Health has added two executives to its leadership team, naming Mark Hall as chief financial officer and Elaine Calip as chief experience officer.
Hall joined the Colorado Springs-based behavioral health provider on April 27. Calip began her role on May 11.
Hall brings more than 20 years of experience in health care finance, financial services and regulatory compliance. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer of Refresh Mental Health, part of Optum Behavioral Care, where he oversaw financial operations for a behavioral health organization operating in 37 states.
As CFO, Hall will oversee Diversus Health’s financial operations and support the organization’s long-term growth and financial sustainability.
Calip joins Diversus Health after holding leadership roles in nonprofit management and fundraising for higher education and sports organizations. As chief experience officer, she will oversee initiatives focused on improving the experience of clients, employees, community partners and other stakeholders.
