BOULDER, Colo. — Elevations Credit Union has appointed Gytis Tuminas as chief financial officer, following the promotion of former CFO Michael Calcote to president and CEO.
Tuminas will oversee finance and accounting and support strategy and performance functions across the organization.
He joined Elevations in 2007 and has held multiple roles, including work in financial management, risk management, budgeting and compliance. He began his career at the credit union as a teller.
“Gytis brings a combination of strategic rigor and institutional knowledge,” said Michael Calcote. “He’s been instrumental in strengthening our financial foundation and advancing how we operate as an organization.”
Tuminas holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder and is a graduate of Western CUNA Management School. He serves on several local boards, including the Local Change Foundation and the WOW! Children’s Museum.
