DENVER — Junior Achievement USA presented Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain President and CEO Robin Wise with its 2026 Charles R. Hook Award during the organization’s National Leadership Conference on July 23 in Salt Lake City.
The award recognizes a regional Junior Achievement president for leadership and efforts to expand economic opportunities for young people. Wise also received the award in 2006.
Wise has led Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain since 1991. During her tenure, the organization’s annual student participation has increased from about 8,000 to more than 119,000 this school year.
The organization provides programs focused on financial literacy, career preparation and entrepreneurship. Wise also oversaw the development of the JA Free Enterprise Center, JA Finance Park and JA Dream Accelerator. The Dream Accelerator program has since been adopted outside the Rocky Mountain region and nationally.
Wise has worked for the organization for 35 years and developed partnerships with businesses, schools and nonprofit organizations.
