As senior managing director and market leader for Colorado, Jessica Ostermick, 46, leads advisory services for CBRE Colorado’s five offices around the state. Before her promotion to market leader in early 2024, Ostermick had been involved in some of the state’s largest industrial deals on record as she focused on the client side of the industrial and logistics market, and won several awards for her work from commercial real estate trade group NAIOP.
Power is derived from “skill, tenacity, and a resilient network” in commercial real estate, said Ostermick. “Brokerage is not about waiting for a deal to come to you, but creating a deal that delivers for your client.”
Ostermick serves on boards for the Downtown Denver Partnership and University of Colorado Klump Center for Real Estate, and sees her field as a catalyst for city building at large. “The commercial real estate industry has the unique ability to foster entrepreneurship and invest in local infrastructure, and it’s our duty to ourselves and our city to keep this in mind when being strategic advisors to our clients.”
