John Wilson advises clients on complex corporate and individual tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, international business transactions, and IRS audits and appeals. A recognized leader in tax law, he formerly served as Director of the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program, teaching international taxation, partnerships, individual tax problems and consolidated returns. Wilson is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association and Denver Bar Association, and has served as past chair of the Colorado Bar Association’s Tax Section and International Law Committee. He also served as past regional vice president of the International Fiscal Association and sits on the Law360 Tax Authority International Editorial Advisory Board.
