Denver-based Triunity Inc. has been selected to provide program management services for the city’s $950 million Vibrant Denver general obligation bond program.
The voter-approved program will fund 58 projects involving streets, bridges, parks, libraries, public facilities and other city assets. It includes investments in transportation, parks and recreation, city facilities, housing and sheltering, health and human services. The bond program does not require new taxes.
Triunity, an Egis company, will serve as the primary program management consultant. Its responsibilities will include project management, program controls, technology integration, communications and document control.
The company will also help oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks and performance measures across the program’s five bond portfolios.
Stephanie Reed, Triunity’s program director, will lead the team responsible for coordinating with city officials, stakeholders and project partners.
