Melissa Glick

Melissa Glick is a Colorado entrepreneur, business strategist and founder of Peak CEO whose career has combined technology leadership, business growth and community development for more than two decades.

As co-owner and executive leader of Think Network Technologies in Durango, Glick helped grow the managed IT services company into an award-winning business serving rural and underserved communities across the Four Corners region. During her tenure, the company earned recognition as a Colorado Companies to Watch winner, a ColoradoBiz Top Private Company and a CRN Tech Elite 250 company. Glick also received multiple national Women of the Channel honors for her leadership in the technology industry.

After the successful growth and sale of the company, Glick founded Peak CEO, where she advises entrepreneurs, founders and leadership teams on business strategy, sales, operations and leadership development. Her work focuses on helping small and midsize businesses strengthen revenue, modernize operations and build sustainable growth.

Over the past year, Glick expanded her impact by leading free workshops and online business education programs covering sales strategy, LinkedIn growth, systems thinking and leadership. She also shared her expertise as a speaker at West Slope Startup Week and helped support the launch of The Durango Collective, a nonprofit community gathering space in Southwest Colorado.

Glick’s commitment to mentorship extends beyond her business. She co-founded the Professional Women’s Network of Durango in 2014 and served on the board of the Community Foundation Serving Southwest Colorado from 2018 to 2020.

Her contributions have earned the Morley Ballantine Award for business leadership and philanthropy and the Extraordinary Woman Award from the Women’s Resource Center in 2025. Through business leadership, education and mentorship, Glick has helped strengthen entrepreneurs, organizations and communities across Colorado.
