Jessamyn Jones

Jessamyn Jones is a partner at 3i Law where she leads the litigation group and a founder and culture strategist at CLTR Collective. She is an employment and civil litigation attorney whose career is defined not only by legal expertise but by her leadership in shaping organizational culture, developing people and strengthening teams across the legal profession and beyond.

At 3i Law, Jones plays a central role in building a culture grounded in clarity, accountability and trust. She helps attorneys and staff understand how their work connects to broader firm goals while fostering psychological safety and high performance. Her leadership emphasizes presence, intentional communication and professional growth, creating a more aligned and effective team environment.

Jones is a dedicated mentor who supports junior attorneys in building confidence and judgment while advising senior lawyers on leadership, client engagement and firm development. Her approach integrates legal rigor with emotional intelligence and strategic insight, positioning culture as a core driver of performance and retention.

In the past year, Jones launched CLTR Collective, a consultancy focused on leadership and workplace culture. Through this platform, she works with organizations to identify cultural challenges, strengthen leadership presence and design environments where people can perform at their highest level. The initiative reflects her belief that culture must be intentionally built and continuously maintained to support long term success.

Jones serves on the board of CBA CLE and is active in multiple legal and professional organizations. Her work has included leadership roles with bar associations and mentorship programs, including service with the Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training program and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law mentorship initiatives.
