Pat Walter is a managing memer at Buildings By Design, bringing more than three decades of commercial construction experience to his role. Raised in Brush, Colorado, he began working in the construction industry during high school summers and built his career from the ground up, mastering excavation and grading, cast-in-place concrete, metal building erection, and tenant finish work. He advanced from general laborer to crew foreman, superintendent, and Operations Manager before establishing Elevations Laser Screeding. In 2004, he became a partner at Buildings By Design. Walter remains actively involved in civic groups and community activities.
