Scott Bustos is Vice President and General Manager of Turner Construction’s Denver office, heading up construction for the company’s Rocky Mountain region. A third-generation builder, he has worked in construction since the late 1990s and joined Turner in 2016. Recent projects include the expansion of the United Airlines flight training center, a $1.2 billion renovation at Denver International Airport, and an ongoing project at the Denver Broncos’ headquarters in Dove Valley. “Treat everybody like a client,” he says. “From the receptionist at the front desk to the carpenters in the field, treat them like they’re the most important client that you have.” Bustos serves on the board of the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado.
