Sherman Associates has promoted Meredyth Skemp to the role of senior developer.
Skemp has more than 20 years of real estate development experience and oversees acquisitions, entitlements, financing, design and construction for affordable and market-rate multifamily housing projects.
She is leading several developments, including Beltline Station in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, The Heights in St. Paul and an affordable housing project at 1139 Delaware St. in Denver in partnership with the Denver Housing Authority.
Sherman Associates is a commercial real estate developer, owner and operator with projects across the Midwest, Colorado and Florida. The company has developed more than 13,000 multifamily housing units and owns and manages more than 7,000 rental units, including affordable and market-rate housing. Its portfolio also includes more than 1 million square feet of commercial space, five hotels, four Starbucks locations, three restaurants and two solar gardens.
