COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Closets by Design has expanded into Colorado Springs with a new locally owned franchise serving homeowners in the region.
The location is owned and operated by Brian and Erica Schipke, a husband-and-wife team who have lived in Colorado Springs since 1995. The franchise will provide custom closets, garages, pantries and home organization systems.
The expansion is part of the company’s continued growth in Colorado and will serve the state’s second-largest city.
“What really stood out to us was how well this business aligned with both of our strengths,” Erica Schipke said. “We’re both passionate about helping people improve their homes and daily lives, so this feels like a great first step into business ownership for us.”
Before opening the franchise, Brian Schipke worked in operations in Silicon Valley, while Erica Schipke built a background in customer experience and organizational management.
