Tim Kretzschmar serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Swinerton’s subsidiary companies, including Timberlab, Swinerton Energy, Lindgren Development, Swinerton Management & Consulting, and Griffin Swinerton. He brings 30 years of construction expertise to the role, focusing on integration, efficiency, and growth across the Swinerton Family of Companies. Since joining Swinerton Builders in 2014 as Operations Manager, he has advanced through leadership roles including Region Manager overseeing the Denver, Dallas, and Austin offices.
