Yuri Agrawal, MD, MPH, serves as Department Chair of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Colorado Anschutz, where she focuses on empowering trainees and faculty to develop clinical and research expertise. She serves on the University of Colorado Medicine Board of Directors and Finance Committee, the University of Colorado Hospital Medical Executive Committee, and is a Director of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Secretary of the Triological Society, and past President of the Association for Research in Otolaryngology. Her leadership philosophy centers on listening deeply to align individual strengths with team success.
